The fee encompasses accommodation, meals, study materials, and Public Liability Insurance, ensuring a comprehensive package for the duration of the stay.
Please be aware that transportation to and from the camp, flight tickets, visa fees, and personal travel insurance are not included in the camp fees and should be arranged separately by the participants.

Sample Timetable
Epic Highlights & Experiences Awaiting You
Day 1: SEED
COMPANY FORMATION & CAPITAL FOUNDATIONS
- Form “Companies” and define leadership roles
- Receive seed capital (team credits)
- Set goals and draft a simple capital allocation plan
- Decide how much to deploy and how much to retain as a liquidity buffer
Day 2: STRATEGY
INVESTMENT CHOICES & SUSTAINABLE GROWTH
- Make navigation decisions balancing speed and safety
- Rotate leadership responsibilities
- Study horse-assisted land regeneration and sustainability
Day 3: STRESS TEST
OPERATING UNDER CONSTRAINT
- Build shelters using restricted materials
- Learn fire-building and basic first aid
- Respond to evolving conditions under time pressure
Day 4: PRODUCT
VALUE CREATION, BRANDING & PRICING
- Produce traditional mochi/ blueberry jam
- Develop branding and packaging
- Set pricing strategy
- Participate in mini market simulation (Farm to Market)
Day 5: FUNDING
CAPITAL RAISING & STRATEGIC DEPLOYMENT
- Compete in problem-solving and resilience tasks
- Earn team credits based on execution
- Prioritise high-return challenges under time pressure
Day 6: LAUNCH
EXECUTION , ROI & ACCOUNTABILITY
- Consolidate total earned capital from Seed to Funding stages and allocate them to a rocket innovation project
- Decide investment in rocket design, materials, and testing, execute within their available financial limits
- Present outcomes and reflect on performance
