Programme Highlights

  • Discovering Friendship Through Colour, Stories & Play: Children explore what it means to be a good friend through colourmixing experiments, sensory activities, and the beloved fable “The Fox & the Stork.” They learn that, just like colours, friends are wonderfully different—and that kindness, listening, and helping hands allow everyone to belong.
  • Learning Bravery in Gentle, Relatable Ways: Through storytelling, games, and a takehome Brave Badger puppet, children learn that bravery isn’t about being fearless—it’s about doing the right thing even when we feel scared. A handson earthquake and seismograph experiment helps children understand those “shaky” feelings inside and discover calming tools that help them feel steady again.
  • Understanding Anger & Learning to Cool Down: Using volcanoes as a powerful and memorable metaphor, children learn that anger is a normal emotion—but hurting others is not okay. Through an exciting volcano experiment, they see how anger can “erupt” and practise simple, ageappropriate strategies to “cool their volcano” and respond calmly.
  • Making Good Choices with SelfControl: Handson statesofmatter experiments and movement games help children understand selfcontrol and decisionmaking. Just as solids, liquids, and gases behave differently, children learn they can choose when to be still, calm, or active in different places. A story, song, and takehome activity reinforce the idea that selfcontrol helps us succeed.
  • Growing Resilience & Hope for the Future: Children explore resilience through floatingandsinking experiments, learning how some objects stay afloat—and how people can too. Inspired by Malala Yousafzai’s reallife story of courage and perseverance, children practise positive selftalk such as “I can try again” and “I’ll think of another way,” and create a takehome reminder to never give up.
