Future Jobsters is a dynamic, future‑focused enrichment programme that empowers students to explore how careers are evolving and what it takes to succeed in the world of work in 2050 and beyond. Through research, creativity, collaboration, and hands‑on design, participants step into the role of future innovators—examining emerging industries, understanding the impact of technology, and developing essential transferable skills.

For day camps, the fee includes study materials, providing the necessary resources for each student's daily activities and learning experiences.
Please be aware that transportation to and from the camp, flight tickets, visa fees, and personal travel insurance are not included in the camp fees and should be arranged separately by the participants.

Programme Highlights
- Explore Emerging Careers: Students are introduced to a wide range of current and future industries through interactive research carousels, guided discussions, and career case studies. Participants compare careers, investigate required skills and tools, and examine how technology reshapes the way work is done.
- Design, Build & Innovate: Participants apply creativity and design thinking to bring future careers to life. Working collaboratively, students:
- Design posters, logos, and taglines
- Create models, props, and interactive booth features
- Develop visuals such as diagrams, sketches, and storyboards - Collaboration & Leadership in Action: Teamwork sits at the heart of Future Jobsters. Students practise sharing responsibilities, supporting peers, and solving problems together—strengthening leadership, communication, and collaboration skills essential for future success.
- Communication & Public Speaking Excellence: Through structured pitch rehearsals and a dedicated public speaking masterclass, participants build confidence in presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. Students refine body language, voice projection, and storytelling techniques while receiving constructive peer feedback during mock minifairs.
- RealWorld Inspiration: Guest speakers and virtual sessions with professionals from emerging fields—such as sustainable architecture or drone engineering—provide authentic insights into future career pathways and inspire students to think beyond traditional job roles.
- Job Fair Showcase: The programme concludes with a highenergy showcase where students present their future job booths to peers and parents. This celebration highlights creativity, teamwork, confidence, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Programme Outcomes
By the end of the programme, students will be able to:
- Compare and contrast multiple future careers, identifying similarities and differences in skills, tools, and daily tasks
- Analyse the role of technology in shaping careers and explain how it transforms ways of working
- Evaluate social and environmental impact, recognising how different careers contribute to sustainability and society
- Demonstrate confidence in communication, presenting ideas clearly through visuals, storytelling, and public speaking
- Apply teamwork, creativity, and innovation to design, build, and present a futurefocused project
