For day camps, the fee includes study materials, providing the necessary resources for each student's daily activities and learning experiences.

Please be aware that transportation to and from the camp, flight tickets, visa fees, and personal travel insurance are not included in the camp fees and should be arranged separately by the participants.

  • Gyoza Galore: From Savory to Sweet
    Explore the delicate art of making Gyoza, where you'll master the techniques to create both savory and dessert flavors for holiday treats. Participants will have the hands-on opportunity to prepare one regular and one dessert gyoza, perfecting their skills from filling to folding.
  • Journey through Colorful Japanese Desserts
    Delight in the vibrant world of colorful Japanese desserts. This session invites you to discover and taste a spectrum of aesthetically pleasing and scrumptiously layered treats that embody the festive colours and joy of the season.
  • Sushi 101: A Spectrum of Styles
    Embark on a sushi-making adventure with our Sushi 101. Learn the intricate techniques of crafting various sushi styles, including nigiri, maki, temaki, gunkan, temari, onigiri, and more innovative forms like sushi on fire, crispy sushi rolls, and sushi balls.
  • Culinary Competition: Showcase Your Skills
    Cap off the programme with a thrilling culinary competition on the final day. Participants will be provided with 15-20 holiday-themed ingredients and witness a live demonstration on sushi making and dish painting. Following the demo, teams will engage in a group discussion to strategize their execution, culminating in a tasting session and presentation. Winners will receive a grand prize, celebrating their creativity and culinary prowess.
