Programme Highlights

1) Problem Solvers Unite! Incredible Entrepreneurs

Theme: Turning everyday problems into exciting opportunities

Students begin their journey by discovering that innovation starts with noticing what can be improved. • Innovation Sprint: Design imaginative solutions individually and in teams
  • Mini Pitch: Confidently present ideas using a simple, structured framework

2) Green My City: Eco Heroes in Action!

Theme: Innovating with purpose to protect our planet

Students step into the role of ecoleaders, learning how creativity and responsibility can go hand in hand. Through the inspiring stories of Elon Musk, Boyan Slat, and Yvon Chouinard, learners explore how business and innovation can create positive environmental impact.

  • Impact Mapping: Discover who benefits from their ideas and why it matters

3) Lightbulb Moments! Inventors’ Lab

Theme: Learning through experimentation, failure, and improvement

This day celebrates curiosity, resilience, and the courage to try again. Students learn that failure is not the opposite of success — it is part of the journey. Inspired by Thomas Edison, James Dyson, and LEGO designers, they experiment, test ideas, and refine their creations.

  • Inventors’ Lab: Build and test simple working prototypes
  • Fail Forward Workshop: Reflect on setbacks and redesign with purpose
  • Show & Explain: Share inventions and tell the story of improvement

4) Tiny Toymakers: NextGeneration Toy Design

Theme: Designing products that delight, inspire, and connect

Students become product designers and storytellers, learning how creativity, empathy, and user experience shape successful products. Drawing inspiration from LEGO, Ruth Handler, and young inventors, they discover how imagination becomes something people love.

Signature Experiences:

  • Toy Design Studio: Create a toy for a specific age group or need
  • Brand Builder: Develop a product name, logo, and simple packaging
  • Toy Fair Pitch: Present ideas to classmates acting as “young investors”

5) Young Moguls: World of Business

Theme: Leading teams and growing ideas

The academy culminates in a highenergy exploration of leadership and entrepreneurship. Students learn how ideas can scale, teams work together, and leaders inspire others. Inspired by early Amazon, Richard Branson, and everyday young entrepreneurs, students bring everything they’ve learned to life.

Signature Experiences:

  • Startup Simulation: Launch a teambased shop or service
  • Friendly Dragon’s Den: Pitch ideas to peers and mentors in a supportive environment
  • Graduation & Celebration: Reflect, celebrate, and receive certificates

Interactive scaling challenges allow students to expand products, assign roles, and imagine reaching new customers — reinforcing strategic thinking and leadership.

6) Leadership in Action: Team Roles & Reflection

Leadership is practised daily through rotating team roles:

  • Team Leader: Guides collaboration and decisionmaking
  • Creative Designer: Brings ideas to life through sketches and prototypes
  • Pitch Presenter: Communicates ideas clearly and confidently
