This 5-day residential programme for Grades 3-5 offers an immersive dive into Chinese arts and traditions. Students will explore Shenzhen's transformation at the city museum, experience national culture at the Splendid China Folk Village, and engage in hands-on workshops from Wing Chun martial arts to Guangdong tea etiquette. Through team-building activities, cultural quizzes, and a collaborative graduation project, the course fosters leadership, cultural appreciation, and lifelong memories, culminating in a closing ceremony to showcase their learning.

For day camps, the fee includes study materials, providing the necessary resources for each student's daily activities and learning experiences.
Please be aware that transportation to and from the camp, flight tickets, visa fees, and personal travel insurance are not included in the camp fees and should be arranged separately by the participants.

Programme Objective
This immersive five-day study tour invites students from Harrow Chongqing to explore Guangdong’s dynamic and innovative spirit through the lens of British‑style education.
Students will:
- Discover Guangdong’s vibrant character through experiences that highlight its innovation and technology, art and culture, and modern urban lifestyle — from local cuisine to city life.
- Build confidence and leadership through teamwork, communication, and thoughtful reflection.
- Immerse in British‑style learning environment, designed to foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in a fully English‑speaking setting.
Across the week, students will engage in inquiry‑based learning inside and outside the classroom, visiting leading innovation hubs, creative districts, and cultural landmarks. Each day offers opportunities to think critically, reflect meaningfully, and form lasting friendships through shared exploration and collaborative evening activities — a journey that blends learning, leadership, and personal growth.
