The PADI Seal Team Programme is an exciting, activity-filled introduction to the world of scuba diving, designed for young adventurers who are eager to explore the underwater realm. This unique programme combines adventure, discovery, and thrills with a structured approach that allows participants to develop essential scuba diving skills while having fun. Participants will swim underwater, take on thrilling challenges, and learn about the aquatic environment—all under the guidance of professional PADI instructors.

For day camps, the fee includes study materials, providing the necessary resources for each student's daily activities and learning experiences.
Please be aware that transportation to and from the camp, flight tickets, visa fees, and personal travel insurance are not included in the camp fees and should be arranged separately by the participants.

Programme Highlights
- Foundational Theory Sessions: Become familiar with essential diving concepts, safety procedures, equipment knowledge, and underwater communication through interactive lessons and briefings.
- AquaMissions for Real Skill Development: Complete a series of specialist AquaMissions focusing on buoyancy, navigation, environmental awareness, equipment handling, underwater search and recovery, night‑style diving skills, and more.
- Snorkeling Practice: Learn to assemble and adjust snorkeling gear, practise airway control, and build confidence swimming in shallow water—an excellent foundation for future scuba training.
- Hands‑On Underwater Challenges: Participants use compasses, practise mask clearing, equipment exchange, controlled ascents and descents, and learn how to recognise underwater patterns and signals.
- Personalised Instruction and Safety Focus: With a 1:2 instructor to student ratio, each participant receives close supervision, individual feedback, and strong safety support, ensuring a positive and confidencebuilding learning experience.
Learning Outcomes
- Develop Essential Diving Skills: Build confidence with buoyancy control, navigation, safe equipment handling, underwater search techniques, and communication signals.
- Strengthen Water Confidence: Improve comfort in both shallow‑water snorkeling and confined‑water AquaMissions through guided practice and repetition.
- Increase Environmental Awareness: Learn how to identify marine life, adopt responsible diving habits, and understand the basics of marine conservation.
- Enhance Problem‑Solving and Resilience: AquaMissions challenge participants to apply judgement, follow safety procedures, and think critically underwater.
- Prepare for Advanced Training: Gain skills and experience that create a smooth pathway toward future diving certifications such as the PADI Junior Open Water Diver Course.
Important Notes
- For safe flying after scuba diving, wait at least 18 to 24 hours after multiple dives over multiple days to avoid decompression sickness. A 24-hour interval is highly recommended for added safety.
- Programme Prerequisites:
- Min. age 8 yrs. or above
- Good physical health
- Able to swim but not a must
- Read and sign the Liability Release forms and show no medical condition within the Medical Questionnaire
