Specially designed for young learners aged 7–10, this camp transforms children into curious leaders, creative thinkers, and confident speakers. Through interactive games, storytelling, and hands-on projects, participants explore the roles of CEO, CMO, CTO, and CFO, experiencing what it means to make decisions, solve problems, and work as a team. Guided by inspiring instructors from top business and industry backgrounds, children will gain not only a playful introduction to the world of business but also the confidence to communicate ideas, collaborate with peers, and showcase their creativity.

For day camps, the fee includes study materials, providing the necessary resources for each student's daily activities and learning experiences.

Please be aware that transportation to and from the camp, flight tickets, visa fees, and personal travel insurance are not included in the camp fees and should be arranged separately by the participants.

Programme Highlights

  • Step into Leadership Roles: Through roleplay and storytelling, students will explore what it’s like to be a CEO, CMO, CTO, or CFO. They'll learn how each role contributes to the success of a business and how leaders make decisions.
  • Hands-On Business Activities: From brainstorming ideas to conducting market research with AI, participants will engage in realistic and exciting activities that bring business concepts to life.
  • Create a Food Truck Business: Collaborate in teams to design and launch a food truck concept, including menu creation, branding, pricing, and marketing strategies. This fun exercise fosters critical thinking and creativity.
  • Master the Art of Storytelling: Learn how to craft and deliver compelling stories to communicate ideas effectively. Storytelling helps students explain their projects with clarity and confidence.
  • Celebrate in Style: The programme ends with a lively Christmas celebration and showcase, where students present their final projects to peers and instructors in a supportive and festive atmosphere.

Learning Outcomes

  • Develop a Leadership Mindset: Students will gain early exposure to leadership and decision-making by understanding the unique contributions of CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, and CFOs. This knowledge boosts their confidence and fosters an entrepreneurial spirit.

Instructor Profiles

Michelle Leung

Michelle is a seasoned business leader and educator, serving as Guest Lecturer at Hong Kong University Business School. She previously held senior leadership roles as Managing Director at Accenture and eBay HK & Taiwan, bringing extensive expertise in corporate strategy and digital transformation.

Tony Lau

Tony is a Harvard Business School alumnus and Fortune 500 executive with a strong track record in global leadership. As co-founder of an EdTech company and INED of a listed pharmaceutical firm, he combines entrepreneurial vision with world-class business insight to inspire the next generation of leaders.

Andy Lau

Andy has led sales and business development teams at top global companies including Uber Eats, PayPal, and Alibaba in Hong Kong and Taiwan. With a Masters of Applied Science from the University of Toronto and an MBA from UNSW, he brings rich industry experience and a proven record of driving growth and innovation.
